responsible, boat operation following rules and regulations.
- Recognition
and compliance with navigational aids and informational

- Practice
sound environmental procedures.
- Safe
maneuvering, stopping, and backing at slow and high speeds.
- Practice
Rules of the Road for crossing, meeting, and overtaking
other watercraft.
- Anchoring
and Mooring.
- Beaching.
- Parallel
parking and docking.
- Simulated
on water emergencies including Engine Fire, Person Overboard,
and Boat "Dead in the Water".
- One person
and team trailering.
- Post use
and towing preparation.
