- IN-DEPTH Home Study of PROVIDED Boater Safety Education material is required prior to Hands On lessons for Boater Safety Ed. Certification
- Vessel shall be sea worthy, with no mechanical or equipment defects
- All Fees are due payable at the end of EACH LESSON by CASH or CHECK
